Every business accepted by the Company & it's employees , representatives or agents is subjected to these terms & conditions. Each & every term & condition is to be complied with and shall be deemed to be a condition of any agreement between the Company & the Customer.

Upon arrival , a vehicle inspection must be done immediately . Any faults or defects found shall not hold The company liable.

Any vehicle being delivered must be checked and ensure everything is fine before leaving , complaints after shall not be dealt with and The company shall not be held responsible.

If a parking lot is full , your vehicle shall be driven to the next nearest parking lot.

The company shall not be held accountable for mileage or fuel.

No word of mouth transactions , all bookings/reservations are to be made online.

The company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever inflicted upon the vehicle due to natural disasters such as heavy hail ,floods ,wind storms ,lightning storms , building defects and such like

In the event of outsourcing mechanic services / dealership services , the company shall not be held liable to pay on behalf of the customer unless otherwise as requested by receiving our payment including a separate payment to be handed over to the outsourced person or company.

The company and it's employees , representatives or agents shall not be held liable to any customer including without elimination the owner of the vehicle in contact or in delict , for any loss or damages to the vehicle and /or it's contents(including without limitation,direct or indirect extrinsic,special general or consequential damages) however arising in respect of any negligent act or omission by the company.

The company shall not be held liable for any loss ,theft or damage to any loose items left in the vehicle whilst in possession of the company.

Customers are to please note that the car park is situated approximately 10 kms away from the airport , dealings with slight unaccountability of mileage shall not be dealt with , the address of the car park is confidential for security reasons.

The customer acknowledges that the company and it's employees,representatives or agents shall have the right to drive the vehicle on public roads to and from it's place of storage or to and from the dealer/mechanic preferred by the customer.

The customer warrants the vehicle is fully insured and by designating the company permission to drive the vehicle whilst under insurance shall hereby not defect or break any rule of the customers insurance policy.

The customer warrants the vehicle is fully and legally licenced , is roadworthy and indemnifies the company and it's employees,representatives or agents against any fines levied due to the condition of the vehicle or any loss or consequential loss occasioned as a result of the vehicle's condition.

The customer acknowledges that each vehicle taken into storage is subjected to be lien for all charges due or accruing to the company (in cases of contract of account which remain unpaid upon the agreed date) and the company reserves the right to refuse the release of the vehicle until such charges are fully paid.

No vehicle shall be released without confirmation of full payment.

No indulgence granted by the company to the customer shall constitute a waiver of any of the company's rights.

The company shall not be held liable to pay any fines issued due to customers negligence including the fact of providing an unappropriate time for vehicle pick up which may cause an obstruction to traffic as we deal in the pick-up zone & police officials do not allow parking for longer than 5 minutes which may cause us to move the vehicle.

The customer acknowledges that he/she accepts these terms & conditions by handing the keys of the vehicle to the company.
